LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN
Andover Landscape Design and Construction is seeking a working hands-on project foreman to lead and retain an efficient team of landscape construction laborers. The landscape construction foreman will have demonstrated leadership on residential landscape construction projects, ideally at a similar high-end design-build firm. We are looking for an excellent communicator that is passionate about landscape construction and is able to deliver exceptional craftsmanship and service that our clients throughout Andover, MA know us for.
LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION LABORER
Andover Landscape Design and Construction is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Landscape Construction Laborer. You’ll work alongside seasoned landscape professionals to bring our landscape design projects to life. Landscape construction tasks include working on demo, masonry preparation, fence installation, large tree planting, sod installation and everything in between. Candidates with working experience in similar environments and or landscape construction related education and credentials are preferred. We’re looking for a clear communicator with a positive attitude to join our team. If you have a hoisting license, that is a plus.
LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION MACHINE OPERATOR
Andover Landscape Design and Construction is looking for an experienced Landscape Machine Operator, proficient in running an excavator to perform activities such as grading, digging and clearing safely and efficiently on high-end residential landscape construction projects. The machine operator will collaborate closely with the foreman, landscape construction crews, and other tradespeople to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to specifications. Andover Landscape Design and Construction is seeking a horticulturalist with extensive professional gardening experience, ideally on residential properties in our zone: 6a-6b. The ideal candidate will have impressive hand pruning skills: ornamental trees, shrubs and perennials. We are currently looking to add more crew members to our established fine gardening team, as well as Fine Gardening Crew Leaders. FINE GARDENER
LEAD CARPENTER (EXTERIOR)
Andover Landscape Design and Construction is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our high-end residential design-build team. This hands-on role requires 10+ years of carpentry experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to execute complex exterior projects including framing, decking, waterproofing systems, stairs, and concrete footings. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision craftsmanship, maintains organized job sites, and can confidently lead a small crew. Competitive compensation based on experience.
LANDSCAPE DESIGNER
Andover Landscape Design and Construction is seeking a landscape designer to join our in-house design studio and work under the leadership of our Senior Landscape Architect, Tim Houlihan.
This is a rare opportunity for a landscape designer to develop their career within a small, award-winning residential design-build firm, under the mentorship of a seasoned expert with more than 30 years of professional experience. Where projects move from concept through construction under one roof. Designers see their ideas move from the drawing board to secured approvals and the built landscape.
The Landscape Designer will support the Senior Landscape Architect with design, documentation and deliverables of residential landscape design projects.
