LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION MACHINE OPERATOR
Andover Landscape Design and Construction is seeking a fine gardener. You’ll collaborate alongside trained horticulturalists to foster new ideas while maintaining the design intent of all projects. You will also develop comprehensive gardening plans for each property, install and maintain perennial gardens, create container designs, and conduct pest and disease identification and integrated pest management. In addition, you’ll work closely with and report to our lead Russell Stott.
The Fine Gardener we are looking for will possess a positive, excellent communication skills, takes direction well while also making decisions independently and a strong sense of time management. While also, carrying a passion for all aspects of horticulture and customer care.
