John Nardozza, an Andover native and a proud 1983 graduate of Andover High School. John's journey in landscaping began post-college when he launched his career as an arborist with a local tree company.
Swiftly earning the title of a Massachusetts Certified Arborist, John's commitment extended beyond personal success. He generously volunteered his time to teach and train others in the field, sharing his expertise.
In the early 1990s, John took the entrepreneurial path, founding what is now Andover Landscape Design & Construction, LLC. His vision was clear – to deliver unparalleled service to discerning homeowners.

TIM HOULIHAN
Meet Tim Houlihan, a distinguished graduate of the University of Connecticut where he received a degree in Landscape Architecture.
Tim has worked as a professional landscape architect for several design firms in the Boston area, and now brings his nearly three decades of experience to Andover Landscape. He has worked on a wide range of public and private projects here in New England, as well as in the Washington DC area, Virginia, Florida, and London.
As a top-tier designer, Tim possesses an extraordinary talent for translating ideas onto paper. His hand-drawn plans and sketches are works of art. Additionally Tim excels in developing presentation drawings, project estimating, materials sourcing, supervising on-site installation, and project management.
Tim blends artistry with a passion for construction, and enjoys bouncing between the design studio and the field. His on-site roles include laying out plans, confirming grades, working with the crew in setting boulders, finalizing plant locations, and ensuring the design vision translates into a beautifully built project.

RUSSELL STOTT
Introducing Russell Stott, a 2008 graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a degree in Landscape Architecture. Russell's green thumb emerged early, as he started cutting lawns door-to-door at the age of 14. Post-college, he embarked on his professional journey at Zen Associates in Woburn, Massachusetts, refining his skills under the guidance of a distinguished landscape architect.
After four years of dedicated work, Russell seized a remarkable opportunity to become the Grounds Manager at Phillips Academy in Andover. In this esteemed position, he immersed himself in the intricacies of an Olmsted-designed landscape, actively contributing to the restoration of its original vision.
Joining Andover Landscape Design & Construction in 2014 as a part-time designer, Russell's talent quickly earned him a pivotal role. By January 2019, he made the transition to a full-time, in-house architect, and became a valued firm partner.
